Alabi Nurudeen Olawale is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Statistics as well as an MBA in Business Administration, reflecting a strong blend of quantitative expertise and managerial competence. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Statistics at University of Ilorin, Kwara State, further strengthening his research depth and academic scholarship. With extensive teaching experience at both the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) levels, he delivers courses including Industrial Statistics, Medical Statistics, Business Statistics, Multivariate Analysis, Stochastic Processes, Biometrics, and Sampling Theory. His research interests focus on statistical modelling and forecasting, statistical process control, data mining, and data visualization, with scholarly contributions in economic forecasting, macroeconomic time-series analysis, and machine learning applications. As a committed academic, he actively engages in research, curriculum development, and student mentorship, contributing to the advancement of the School of Pure and Applied Sciences and the broader mission of the Polytechnic to produce analytically skilled and industry-ready graduates.
