RESCHEDULING OF 2024/2025 MATRICULATION CEREMONY
The Registrar’s earlier Memo Ref. No.: R/SEC/AB/01B/Vol.XVIII/210 of 6th March, 2025, which directed all new Students to complete their registration before the matriculation ceremony as it marks the official closure of admission exercise and that the Matriculation Ceremony comes up on Monday, 10th March, 2025 refers.
The Management of the Institution in her magnanimity, has decided to give Students who are yet to comply the ample opportunity of doing so by rescheduling the Matriculation Ceremony to Friday, 14th March, 2025.
It is the hope of the Management that Students who are yet to pay their Service Charges or complete their registration will do so on or before Thursday, 13th March, 2025 to prevent their admission from being forfeited.
For the purpose of emphasis, all concerned Students are strongly advised to seize this golden opportunity by ensuring full compliance as Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will take the Statistics of Registered Students immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony on Friday, 14th March, 2025 and whoever is not captured ceases to be a Student of The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
On the other hand, all ND2, PT2 and HND2 Students are mandated to complete their Registration Exercise otherwise, defaulters will henceforth not be allowed to make use of Polytechnic facilities including Lectures attendance and participation in the forthcoming First Semester Examinations.
Please, all Deans, HODs, Old and New Students should treat as very essential.
