Eureka! This another good news out of many for a budding and incipient University, Federal University of Technology Ilaro, Ogun State. A Principal Lecturer in the former Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Dr. Ephesus Olusoji Fatumbi  has made the list of Top 2% Word Scientists 2026 Global Ranking by Stanford University/Elsevier. As a Lecturer in the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Dr. Ephesus Olusoji Fatumbi is ranked 373 as at 2026 in the list of best 500 Scopus Journals Publishers in Nigerian Universities. Perhaps, he is  the only ranked lecturer who has made this list  from Polytechnic as at 2026.
