DISCLAIMER: FALSE NOTICE TO HND ASPIRANTS

The attention of the Management of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro (FPI) has been drawn to a message circulating on social media titled “IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL HND ASPIRANT”, which claims that applicants are required to take a test on 13th September 2026 to confirm the storage of their application numbers.

The Institution wishes to state categorically that this information is FALSE and did not emanate from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. 

For the avoidance of doubt:

1. The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro is NOT conducting any test on 13th September 2026.

2. Applicants are NOT required to send, submit, or disclose their application numbers to any individual, platform, channel, or website for the purpose stated in the circulating message.

3. Applicants are advised not to click on or respond to links or instructions contained in the unauthorised message.

4. Candidates should rely only on information published through the official Federal Polytechnic Ilaro website and other verified official communication channels. 

Applicants are therefore advised to disregard the circulating message and remain vigilant against possible fraudulent activities.
