Musa, HND [HCM], Technologist II National Diploma Hospitality Management, ND (HMT) Mode of Study: Full-time Timetable: Day Duration: 4 Semesters Course Objectives: The National Diploma in Hospitality Management is designed to produce caterers who are capable of producing acceptable dishes using both local and imported food commodities and supervising appropriate departments in large catering and hotel organizations. At the end of the course, the graduate should be able to: Produce native and continental dishes using both local and imported food commodities Arrange accommodations in hotel and other catering establishment; Supervise restaurants and bar operations in hotels and other catering establishments; Supervise appropriate departments in large catering and hotel organizations; and Manage medium sized catering and hotel organizations effectively. Higher National Diploma Hospitality Management, HND (HMT) Mode of Study: Full-time Timetable: Day Duration: 4 Semesters Course Objectives: The Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management is designed to produce caterers who are capable of producing acceptable dishes using both local and imported food commodities and supervising appropriate departments in large catering and hotel organisations. At the end of the course, the graduate should be able to: Plan and manage economic operations od hospitality establishments Manage various sections of an hospitality establishment Manage any size of hospitality organisations. |
